At Passenger, we want you to love your journey and your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Send and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items reach our warehouse.
